Homespun Workshops

As I promised, here are some pictures of my favorite shop... If you are from Perth and are looking for inspiration, a fabric fix or are interested in joining some quilting workshops make sure you stop by Homespun Workshops in Harrison Street, Willagee, I promise you will love it there!

When you walk in you will be greeted by one of the lovely Homespun ladies, here is the very sweet and uber-talented Mary Bird (you remember her quilt pattern I am using that so many of you msged me about!) Mary has lots of quilt patterns instore and is working on more, her style is fresh and young and it appeals to even my daughters, who are yet to get the quilting bug, although Angel is looking to do some lessons soon - Yay!! maybe someone to fabric-obsess with in my family soon - yippeeee!! :)!

Sweet Mary Bird

Oooh, .....look what Mary's got !!!

Brand new Nicey Jane by Heather Bailey!
Yummmmmmmmo!!

(But might pay to get in quick before it all disappears :)!)
Lots of lovely patterns and packs,

charm packs, fat quarters, Jelly Rolls and more..

Loads to choose from, and metres of gorgeous,

top quality, designer fabric, beautiful cottons and trims..... something for everyone!

Lots of bibs and bobs to peak the interest

and of course softie inspiration...

.....Oh!! What's this, hehe, some left over Jingle Sox!

I wish I had gotten a couple of snaps when they were all there,

oh well, you get the picture, fairy lights etc, what a lovely feature they made of my Sox,

thank you so much Jackie and Mary, you are the best!!! xoxo

The workshop area!

And here's the workshop area, very comfortable with lots of light coming in the windows....

this is where lessons are given, quilts (and other things!) are designed and cut,

and the 'Sew Long, Talk Much, Laugh Often" happens! What a great place to be!!

.............................................................

Thats all for now, will have some more later on!

Hugs to you all!

Jen
