And the fruitcake winner is......

Thank you to everyone who entered my Moda Fruitcake Fatquarter Giveaway!
I used the random number generator to draw the winner!
.... then I learned how to take a screen shot!
Congratulations to
Bev C. from Kainga Happenings
who left comment number 3!

This will be on it's way to you as soon as I get your address ;)!

and speaking of 'the' Fruitcake....
The fruit for my parent's in law's 50th Wedding Anniversary cake has been soaking for 5 days,
...I just keep adding more brandy

I have been so busy making Jingle Sox that I haven't had much time for anything else!
Our darling son, The Rock Star came and helped me out,
He made the cake for me, bless his heart...

(should have put an apron on him, he got covered in it ;)! )

He did a beautiful job!

9 hours later....

Time to poke some holes in it and add more brandy,
then wrap it nice and tight till it's time to be decorated!

Back tomorrow with some lovely new sox!
Hugs,

The cake looks divine Jenny, boy you have been so busy I don't know how you do everything you do and stay awake! Thanks for your sweet words left on my last post, they mean the world to me. The foam stamps I use are by making memories, essentially they are a scrapbooking item however I have used them countless times on so many other projects. I had a look on ebay and there is currently a set similar to mine on sale for buy it now $21.00 approx. Just look under making memories foam stamps and hopefully they will pop up otherwise hit your local scrapbooking store.
