Take your time, hon. My counsellor constantly tells me that the most important thing when working through stuff is that you go slowly and don't re-traumatise yourself. It will take as long as it takes, and that's okay.
Thanks Femina, that means alot - it's not easy putting yourself out there, but I know I need to do this... just need to take a few deep breaths.
