oooh, it's been a while

Hello my lovelies!

Please excuse my absence, things here at Deekie Belle Designs have been nothing short of Kray-zee!

I am in the middle of my busiest season ever!!

I have been working day and night so this is just a quick post to say hello, and show you what I have been up to in my little sock-shop!
Enjoy!

Bowood House Sox,
with fabric by Robyn Pandolph

Gorgeous Cardinals, I adore this fabric,  the detail is just amazing!

And the same with these ornaments from Robert Kaufman ....

I have this in the blue colourways also, so stunning!

This is a set I did for a US customer, isn't it beautiful!

And of course from her Ava Rose collection, still my favorite Tanya Whelan fabrics..

And the Riley Blake 'Christmas Candy' collection all done!

I entered these in the Riley Blake "Cruisin' Competition"..
Voting will start soon so I would love it if  you could pop over and send me a vote :)!!,

And who doesn't love Moda's new 'Jovial' Range of fabrics!

Here are a few from that collection!

(well, this one is actually from their last year's 'Fruitcake' range!)

I adore this print, it is so detailed and pretty!

More Jovial...

love these cute reindeer!
I must get an outside shot of this one, these green is so pretty but hard to capture with a
flash!

And some Joel Dewberry Damask , teamed with a Michael Miller  pale blue Fairy Frost..
...pretty!!!

And just look at this sweet Jingle Sock,
This is the gorgeous designer fabric that I ordered from Tasha at A Little Sweetness

Isn't it precious!

And here are some lovely Christmas classics and colours!

Henry Glass

from her '12 Days of Christmas' Range

And of course more Robert Kaufman

this time "Cindy Lou Who"!!!!

How cute is that!

And no collection would be complete without more shabby chic...

I saw this stunning Paula Prass fabric on her blog when it first came out and was immediately in love!

I wanted to change my decor
to lilacs, pinks and lemon just so I could have it in every room :)!!!

Of course Mr Deekie Belle probably wouldn't have liked that so I made some things for my granddaughter's with it and this little cutie for the shop!

My mumma adores this sock, as does the Songbird...

They have both put an order in for one...

I teamed it with Moda Swirls..

Okay, back to work for me!!
Hugs to you all!

Fabric and Food on a friday night ....

Made myself a bottle of

homemade

Vanilla Essence

a few weeks ago..

it has been fermenting nicely, till tonight,  I used it for the first time..

Vanilla Cuppy-cakes were on the menu
but I didn't have any patty pans left so I used muffin papers...

They worked out fine!!
Topped with yummy vanilla buttercream
and edible glitter!!!

Mmmmm-mm!

they were yummy!

(and the essence was perfect!)

Lots of sox nearly done,

and

this is only half of what I have been working on in the last week or so!!

(busy, busy, busy!!)

And I wanted to show you my gorgeous Robyn Pandolph fabrics that I got last week,

Scarborough Fair on top (Pastels)
and
Boxwood House on the bottom (deeper colours)

Aren't they just beautiful :)!

(and if you would like the recipe for the vanilla essence let me know!!)

Hugs,
